Structural panel sales were measured. Mixed results continued to define OSB markets. Lengthy order files and steady business pushed prices modestly higher in some regions, while others languished at around last week's levels. Secondaries stepped into the Southern Pine sheathing market Wednesday and Thursday to replenish stocks and cover shorts. In addition, some shipments to Mobile were booked by producers and wholesalers to cover export orders. A few western Fir mills entertained modest counters early to spur business in an uneventful market.
