Germany: Warm Winter Troubles Pellet Producers
In Germany, continuing warm weather conditions force sales of pellets down. Across the board, pellet producers reported a significant reduction in sales volumes. "At these temperatures, people simply need less", a manufacturer's declares unemotionally. Drop in demand vary within a wide range of 30 to 70 percent in January compared to the usual sales.
