From the 10th to the 12th of October, Timber Expo, the only event in the United Kingdom (U.K.) committed exclusively to timber, will be returning to Birmingham’s National Exhibition Centre (NEC). The tradeshow will be exploring the latest advances in the industry, as well as offer attendees a look at some of the latest applications, innovations, and products in wood from across Europe.

At the fair, visitors will come across an entire range of companies and products, including fire containment technology at manufacturer Envirograf® Intumescent Systems’ stand; a closer look at high-quality hybrid timber frame building materials from White Haus; admire Gaujas Koks Ltd’s two and a half decade’s worth of experience in CLT manufacturing, examine Orlimex’s full range of plywood and other products, and find Latvian Vudlande Sawmill’s – based in Latvia – newest sawmilling technology.

Other companies who will be exhibiting at the trade fair include Biesse, Glennon Brothers, Piveteau Bois, and Vandecasteele, among many others.

“Timber Expo sets out to provide visitors access to the latest products and innovations in the timber sector but also importantly act as a learning platform to deliver the latest information on issues affecting the built environment from some of the leading experts in the industry,” Nathan Garnett, Event Director of Media 10, the show’s organiser, said.
