Almost all roundwood prices in Estonia were on a downward movement in February 2017. Only spruce logs and pine pulpwood saw a slight increase, as compared to the previous month.

Birch veneer and logs prices increased too, by 11,76% and 1,53%, respectively, as compared to the same period last year.

The price for firewood is also descending, and during February it reached EUR 17,89/m3, -11,04% less than in 2016.

In comparison to the previous year, only four assortments are valued higher than the previous year: birch veneer and birch logs, as well as spruce and aspen pulpwood. The most noticeable year-on-year level is that of energy wood and birch veneer.
