Peru: Agriculture and Labor Ministries’ initiative will create 44,000 jobs

Ministry, has launched the National Forestation Campaign. The programme will involve the planting of over 40 million tree seedlings that would create nearly 44,000 temporary jobs in Cajamarca, Ayacucho Cusco, Ancash and Junín. The Labor Ministry is also expected to contribute nearly 15 million Peruvian soles to implement the programme and help raise incomes at the local level.
